Perform routine inventory duties, including monitoring and maintaining current inventory levels.

Assist the Supervisor and building management with Front of House operations and associated functions.
Handle corporate events by assisting with venue setup and meeting requirements.
Assist with clients reports as required.
Answer all calls professionally and promptly, ensuring all inquiries are handled in accordance with service standards and response times.
Provide reception cover, including greeting all guests and VIP visitors.
Deliver superior customer service and develop key tenant stakeholder engagement through effective and timely communications with tenants, stakeholders and the client.
