The Community Manager oversees the day‑to‑day operations of an assigned property, leads the on‑site team, and ensures compliance with Greystar policies as well as Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other multi‑family housing regulations.
Key duties include developing and monitoring property budgets, setting rent rates, collecting payments, preparing monthly financial reports, approving vendor invoices, controlling expenditures, managing the petty cash fund, and enforcing lease terms through applications, renewals, inspections, evictions, and fee collections.
The manager drives resident satisfaction by promptly addressing complaints and service requests, ensuring maintenance standards, conducting regular property inspections, and supervising staff hiring, training, and performance in line with company values.
