Reporting to the Head of People Data, Analytics and Processes, you’ll play a key role in supporting the ongoing accuracy, consistency, and reliability of our people data. You’ll maintain and refine data models, dashboards, and reports, ensuring they continue to meet business needs and deliver clear, meaningful insights for stakeholders across the organisation.
- Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and data efficiency
- Execute data cleansing and validation activities to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to manage data requests and continuously improve reporting processes.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of data governance, management, and protection practices.
- Present data and insights in clear, engaging, and accessible ways for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Maintain and enhance existing data models, reports, and dashboards
- Assist with data mapping and reporting for internal and external activities.

We’re looking for a People Data Analyst to join our team — someone with strong technical capability, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset to help us to make the most of our people data.
💼 Industry: Business Intelligence / Data Analytics, People and Culture/Human Resources
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
- Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in data cleansing, transformation, and model design.
- 1–2 years of experience in data analytics or a similar role.
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively across teams.
- A solid understanding of people data across People & Culture, Payroll, and Workforce Management.
- Experience with UKG and iChris systems is highly regarded.
- Advanced Excel, Power BI and SQL.
