What you would be doing

Engage in analysis of the ordering process and make recommendations to help grow and improve procurement operations
Assist in the financial analysis of RFPs, prepare monthly reports, and capture savings
Responsible for maintaining and timely updating of the IT Software renewal tracker
Review TRC telecom monthly usage, approve changes. Review exceptions to the process, support creation/change to policy; Review and approve all line transfers.
Support content development and publishing of eSourcing events in Workday Strategic Sourcing or similar application
Help to maintain supplier database and contracts databases
Research and gathering market intelligence
Generate monthly/quarterly/annual allocations report for enterprise software
Processing credit card orders with the Accounts payables
Responding to emails, answering calls, questions and resolving issues for internal (TRC Stakeholders) and external (Suppliers) customers related to orders such as timely, delivery, delivery address corrections, RMA/damage claims, and improve fulfillment turnaround time
Creating financial models and scenario planning
Follow and execute to established and approved procurement policies and procedures in order to provide quality customer service while maintaining good supplier relations
Complete all other projects and objectives on time assigned by the Procurement leaders
Manage the day-to-day requisition, purchase order requirements including additions, or modifications to purchase orders
Foster and develop internal relationships with IT, Finance and other sector business units teams
Analyzes and prepares reports to measure key supplier and internal performance indicators
Lead procurement activities for material, software, and services
Responsible for the daily IT and Mobility procurement request processing and catalog maintenance,
Assist business with new supplier on-boarding and process with the accounts payable/Vision team
Provide oversight and guidance with TRC Telecom managed service providers.

Minimum 3 years’ experience in procurement, including experience conducting informal (Request for Quotes) and formal (Request for Proposals, Invitation to Bid) procurement processes
Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to multitask
Deep understanding of spreadsheet/reporting manipulation, including pivot tables, functions.
Strong math, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Plus: Any experience with eSourcing tools and processes
Proficient in computer technology including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Solid cost analysis skills.
Experienced with Enterprise Resource Planning tools and programs.
Excellent communication and written skills are necessary.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's Degree or higher in business or science.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
