• Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to deliver architectural solutions that are both innovative and commercially astute.
• Maintain direct, transparent communication with all stakeholders, anticipating challenges and resolving them with precision.
• Mentor and inspire cross-disciplinary teams, fostering an environment of creative exploration and disciplined delivery.
• Lead design direction on high-impact projects from inception to completion, ensuring every stage meets the highest creative and technical benchmarks.
• Drive integration between concept, design development, and execution — ensuring design integrity remains uncompromised through the build process.
• Champion originality and contextual relevance in all projects, pushing boundaries while remaining grounded in functional excellence.

We are looking for a Senior Architect who thrives on complexity, scale, and originality. This is a role for someone who is not just a designer, but a design leader — someone who can steer a project from a bold concept through to a built reality, while navigating the multi-dimensional demands of large-scale, one-of-a-kind developments.

• Demonstrated success in creating unique, contextually responsive, and award-worthy designs.
• Experience in master planning and multi-phase developments.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Expertise in architectural design principles, software, and visualization tools, with fluency in BIM-based workflows is an added benefit.
• Professional licensure in Architecture.
• Proven ability to blend design creativity with practical execution in diverse typologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 8–10+ years of proven experience delivering large-scale, high-profile projects from concept to execution.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate multi-stakeholder environments.
• Familiarity with global codes, standards, and construction methodologies.
