We are looking for a Senior Architect who thrives on complexity, scale, and originality. This is a role for someone who is not just a designer, but a design leader — someone who can steer a project from a bold concept through to a built reality, while navigating the multi-dimensional demands of large-scale, one-of-a-kind developments.
- Demonstrated success in creating unique, contextually responsive, and award-worthy designs.
- Experience in master planning and multi-phase developments.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Expertise in architectural design principles, software, and visualization tools, with fluency in BIM-based workflows is an added benefit.
- Professional licensure in Architecture.
- Proven ability to blend design creativity with practical execution in diverse typologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) required; Master’s degree preferred.
- 8–10+ years of proven experience delivering large-scale, high-profile projects from concept to execution.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate multi-stakeholder environments.
- Familiarity with global codes, standards, and construction methodologies.
