In this role you will shorten new‑hire ramp time by designing and continuously optimizing onboarding, create certification programs to drive accountability, partner with leadership, operations, marketing and product to prioritize initiatives, and define go‑to‑market plans for product, process, system and tool changes.
You will also work to lift team performance against key scorecard metrics such as close rate, rejection, cycle time and NPS by uncovering competency gaps, coaching individually or adjusting programs, leveraging blended training methods, and using technology such as CRMs, LMS and e‑learning platforms to measure and improve outcomes.

Compensation includes a salary range of $103,400‑$138,400 in the U.S., plus annual bonus, equity, and a holistic benefits package that covers medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, parental leave, fertility support, pet insurance and more.
