Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance, ensuring cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure compliance with contract terms, governance, and Defence-sector protocols.
Manage subcontract procurement, contract administration, and payments.
Identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities.
Prepare cost plans, estimates, valuations, and cost reports in line with contract requirements.

Vinci Facilities is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our Defence sector team, supporting a wide portfolio of refurbishment and new-build projects across the MOD Estate.

Experience working within Defence, secure environments, or public sector frameworks (desirable).
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
A degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
Eligibility for Security Clearance (SC) – essential.
Strong commercial acumen with excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects across geographically dispersed sites.
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within construction, refurbishment, or facilities management.
