  • Implementation and monitoring of ACX HSE standards and policies at projects
  • Developing internal auditors from cross functions and engaging them for IMS audit plans.
  • Identifying vulnerability safety factors at operational sites.
  • Conducting training and awareness sessions for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 for employees, cross functions, contractors, and other project concerns.
  • Coordination with corporate, customer, external agencies, and legal entities for guidelines and processes
  • Coordination with site operational teams (operation head, civil lead, mechanical lead, BMS lead, electrical lead, HSE lead)
  • Maintaining MIS and providing it to customers and corporate as required
  • Monitoring and tracking IMS compliance across projects
  • Coordination with Cluster/Region HSE Coordinators for IMS compliance
  • Compiling nonconformances, preparing CAPA, and communicating and tracking deployment across projects
  • Visiting operational sites to ensure compliance
  • End-to-end management of IMS (objectives, targets, training, internal audits, management reviews, document updates, coordination with cross-functional teams)
  • Leading management of change in ACX, including material, technology, process, and incident learning
  • Coordination with certification agencies for audit programs and preparation
