Assists in overseeing software applications implementation and support procedures.
Develops quality control procedures that include statistical reporting on help desk requests, and an escalation path for various levels of technical support.
Establishes and maintains relationships with application providers and third party vendors.
Gathers data, researches usage questions and/or software defects, conducts problem diagnosis and assists in the implementation of a timely resolution.
Interfaces with internal IT and corporate staff on software issues and implementation of Yardi and Salesforce initiatives.
Collaborates with the property management and HMC Tech team in developing a consistent, efficient, technical documentation.
Assists in change management, including but not limited to coordination of global initiatives that relate to the use of business applications, communication, and documentation of changes to appropriate parties.
Assists with the resolution of property accounting issues related to the use of Yardi.
Assists customers with new releases and upgrades of the Yardi, Salesforce software and other business applications.
Provides software (Yardi, Salesforce and other business applications) support to the Hunt Military Communities via telephone, email, teleconference, or on-site support as needed.
Takes initiative to identify and anticipate client needs and make recommendations for implementation.
Documents software development life cycle during new product releases and upgrades.
