The Human Resources Business Partner provides support for all human resources-related issues within their assigned client group, with a focus on employee relations management.

  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les responsables et les employés afin d'améliorer les relations de travail, de renforcer le moral et d'augmenter la productivité et la fidélisation ;
  • Manage employee relations issues, which involves conducting investigations, making recommendations to managers, and helping them resolve issues;

  • Report on key metrics and data, including headcount, turnover, and recruitment, and prepare ad hoc reports;
  • Provide advice and information on business unit restructuring, workforce planning, and succession planning.

  • Maintain a thorough understanding of legal requirements related to day-to-day employee management, legal risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance.
