The successful Controls technician / Automation technician / Systems technician will have hands-on experience in DDC controls, system startups, commissioning, and troubleshooting.

A Controls technician / Automation technician / Systems technician is required to join an industry leader in Idaho.

Strong knowledge of DDC control theory, mechanical/electrical systems, and field instrumentation
Experience in HVAC or building automation environments strongly preferred
Must be comfortable with physical demands (lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing ladders, working in mechanical rooms)
Ability to work independently in construction environments
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally
Reliable and detail-oriented with strong communication skills
Associate degree in Applied Technology or equivalent experience
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Preferably resides in Idaho Falls.
Proficient with computers, control software, and basic programming logic
