- Champion best practice environmental and sustainability outcomes across the project.
- Plan team resources and obtain required approvals to deliver project obligations.
- Ensure project staff understand and implement all system and Environmental Management Plan (EMP) requirements.
- Liaise with stakeholders in the event of environmental incidents or non-conformances.
- Coordinate internal and external audits to drive continuous improvement in environmental and sustainability performance.
- Ensure timely identification and compliance with all environmental legislation, approvals, and client specifications.
- Identify and secure necessary resources (personnel, equipment, consultants, systems) to meet environmental, heritage, and sustainability needs.

- Strong understanding of WA environmental legislation and sustainability frameworks.
- Tertiary qualifications in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experience with Infrastructure Sustainability Council (ISC) ratings and/or sustainability reporting.
- Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in environmental and sustainability roles within infrastructure or construction projects, with proven experience as a Senior Advisor as a minimum
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and deliver complex environmental programs.
