As a Key Account Manager, your focus will be to be the sole point of contact with the client, ensure customer satisfaction, regular updates on progress of the project, resolve issues that the customers face, generate reports, ensure that we deliver as per the plan and the payments are accrued from the client as per the schedule, responsible for repeat orders and cross sale of our products. The role is crucial to ensure smooth operations and communication between the customer and Modulus, efficiency in recovery of payments and build long term relationships.
