- Offrir un support sur le terrain aux différentes usines ;
- Maintenir les dossiers des employés, les registres et les banques de données à jour ;
- Supporter les initiatives du département des ressources humaines ;
- Administrer le programme de reconnaissance des employésEffectuer toutes autres tâches connexes.
- Mettre à jour les dossiers des employés sur le portail de Canada Vie ;

- Milieu de travail sécuritaire, des employés dévoués et qualifié
- 3 à 5 années d'expérience dans un rôle similaire et dans un département des ressources humaines;
- Opportunité de faire carrière dans une organisation en pleine essor
- Excellente connaissance de l'informatique et bonne maîtrise du logiciel Excel.
- Grand sens de débrouillardise, de l'initiative et de l'organisation;
- Minutie, capacité à travailler sous pression et en équipe ;
- Anglais et français, parlé et écrit. (La tâche requiert le bilinguisme compte tenu que nous avons 5 usines en Ontario et que la personne sera appelée à communiquer régulièrement avec des employés et des collègues unilingue anglophone).
- Diplôme d'études collégiales ou certificat en ressources humaines;
- Effectuer les entrées de données de la paie dans le système Workday, vérifier les feuilles de temps et supporter le coordonnateur à la paie lors du traitement de la paie ;
- Connaissance de logiciel SIRH et Workday (un atout);
- Former les gestionnaires sur le système Workday ;
- Administrer les dossiers d'absence;
- Professionnalisme, rigueur, discrétion, autonomie, excellente éthique de travail;
