Prepare subsurface exploration logs and assist in analyzing geotechnical data to determine subsurface conditions and material properties
Support construction monitoring activities, including geotechnical observation and inspections
Assist in preparing cost estimates, construction specifications, and other project-related documents
Prepare geotechnical reports, including design recommendations and analysis
Assist in preparing scopes of work under the supervision of a Professional Engineer experienced in Geotechnical Engineering
Perform foundation design, slope stability analysis, and settlement calculations
Plan, schedule, conduct, and coordinate geotechnical investigations such as boring and test pits, and logging soil, water, and rock conditions

Currently have your EIT certification and working towards your PE License
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, Geotechnical Engineering, or another related field
Ability to travel to project sites and conduct fieldwork within the Northeast Region
Passed your FE Exam and obtained your EIT certification, or planning to within the next 6 months
Master’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or Geotechnical Engineering
3+ years of full-time work experience in geotechnical engineering
Hands-on experience with geotechnical software such as SLIDE, SLOPEW, SETTTLE3, SupportIT, LPile, GRLWEAP, or similar
3+ years of relevant internship and/or full-time work experience in surveying, engineering design, permitting, consulting, or construction observation
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Eagerness to learn, self-motivation, and excellent organizational skills
