Document Controller

Description

• Manage project documentation in line with quality and regulatory standards
• Support Engineering and Project teams with administrative tasks
• Oversee document handover and archiving processes
• Ensure timely distribution of documents to internal teams
• Create and maintain templates for future use
• Track submittals, RFIs, schedules, and progress reports
• Maintain and update document control systems (electronic and physical)
• Ensure compliance with project requirements for all documents
• Record personnel hours and take meeting minutes
• Drive issue resolution and follow-up with staff as needed

Requirements

• Minimum 1 -3 years of experience in a Document Control/Site Administrator role
• Previous experience with a building contractor
• Ability to understand technical documentation and collaborate with technical teams
• Familiarity with document management systems
• Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Self-motivated and proactive in resolving issues
