Transport and pour concrete (wheelbarrows, hoses)
Operate heavy tools and equipment for extended periods
Operate compactors, saws, drills, and other machinery
Work safely near open excavations and pool edges
Digging and Shoveling

Maintain balance on uneven or slippery ground
Safely operate heavy equipment
Help with setting up and transferring temporary structures (e.g., scaffolding)
Backfilling and leveling around pool structures

Carry and fit PVC pipes and fittings
Follow all safety regulations and ensure proper PPE is worn.
Load/unload materials from trucks
Perform physically demanding tasks for 8–10 hour shifts
Use construction and maintenance tools and equipment to complete daily tasks.
Climb ladders and get in/out of excavation pits or pool shells
Safely operate a variety of tools, including pressure washers, jackhammers, drills, saws, grinders, and various hand tools
Assist with site layout, measurement, excavation, plumbing, backfilling, forming, steel tying, concrete placement, rigging, and installation.
Use hand and power tools with precision
Manual excavation work when machinery isn’t viable
