The Civil Engineer Project Manager leads planners, designers, and staff to turn client visions into built projects. This role combines client liaison, civil design, and team leadership, providing flexibility and support to own TAIT projects. You will assist the Director with marketing and client development, identify design criteria, and oversee efficient plan preparation. Responsibilities include solving design problems, establishing project controls, ensuring technical quality, profitability, and schedule adherence, and managing client communication, billing, and change orders. The role also involves leading project staff, mentoring junior engineers, and coordinating plan processing with public agencies.
Candidates must hold a B.S. in Civil Engineering and a current California P.E. license, with 5–7 years of responsible experience in civil engineering design and project management. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D for grading, drainage, streets, sewers, storm drains, and utilities is required. Applicants should demonstrate proven engineering principles, leadership, interpersonal abilities, and high‑visibility communication skills.

The position offers a salary range of $100,000 to $150,000 per year, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
