Renewals & Invoicing Specialist

Description

The specialist will support partner management by handling order entry, renewals, invoicing, and license delivery, while maintaining Salesforce data quality. They will collaborate with finance, tax, support, legal, and management teams to ensure accurate reporting and timely updates. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.

• Manage customer orders, enter them into Salesforce, process renewals, issue invoices, and deliver license files promptly.
• Raise quotes, oversee invoice and credit‑note creation, and maintain data quality across finance systems.
• Communicate order, support, and invoice status updates to stakeholders and resolve escalated issues.
• Improve and document internal processes, ensuring Salesforce hygiene and supporting the sales team with renewals.
• Collaborate with management, accounting, tax, support, and legal teams to provide accurate, timely reporting.
• Perform additional renewals‑related activities as required.

Requirements

• 4+ years of order entry experience using Salesforce.
• Strong knowledge of accounting concepts, systems, and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven ability to work independently and within a team.
• Experience creating detailed reports for senior management.
• Critical‑thinking, data‑analysis, documentation, research, and multi‑tasking skills.
• Familiarity with SaaS environments and working knowledge of Salesforce, NetSuite, and Zuora.
• Strong leadership and results‑oriented mindset.
• High attention to detail and analytical problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
