Run the service desk with ITSM best practices (incident, request, problem, change), meeting SLAs and improving first-call resolution.
Manage endpoint lifecycle and configuration (e.g., SCCM imaging, device upgrades, mobile/tablets), onboard new hires, and provide targeted user training.
Enable field operations by standing up remote offices (networking, printers, boosters) and supporting operational communications (e.g., radios) with standards for ordering, programming, and deployment.
Track KPIs/OKRs for availability, service quality, and efficiency; drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Lead enterprise networking operations (routing, VLAN/VLSM/segmentation) across Cisco/Meraki environments, including remote offices and jobsites.
Supervise and develop IT staff; provide technical guidance and set clear operational standards.
Manage vendors, licensing, and procurement; contribute to budgeting and capacity planning.
Administer and enhance core business systems (e.g., ERP/accounting and field apps), coordinating upgrades, integrations, and vendor support.
Establish robust backup/DR posture (e.g., Veeam), conduct periodic restore tests, and drive recovery when needed.
Enforce security policies for identity, access, patching, backups, and logging; participate in risk assessments and remediation plans.
Oversee company web properties and related integrations with internal systems.
Maintain system and process documentation, knowledge bases, and user guides.
Deliver reporting and analytics through SSRS/ad-hoc SQL to support operational and executive needs.

Strong customer service orientation, clear communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
Virtualization and Windows server services (AD/DNS/DHCP/Print) and enterprise storage/backup administration.
High-level understanding of SOX requirements and IT General Controls (e.g., access, change, and IT operations controls).
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
Enterprise networking concepts and operations (routing, VLANs, segmentation) in Cisco/Meraki environments.
Own availability, performance, and lifecycle management for virtualized compute, storage, and Windows server platforms (e.g., vSphere HA, SAN/NAS, DHCP/DNS, print services via GPO).
SQL/SSRS reporting and supporting line-of-business applications (ERP/accounting, field operations).
Experience partnering with auditors and business stakeholders to support ITGC testing, issue resolution, and remediation activities.
Endpoint management and imaging (e.g., SCCM) and support for mobile devices/tablets.
Proven experience with:
Certifications such as ITIL, VCP, CCNA, Microsoft (Azure/Server), or Veeam.
Exposure to Sage 300 CRE or similar ERP suites.
Experience with construction/field-based operations, access control/CCTV systems, and radio communications ecosystems.
Service desk leadership and ITSM practices (incident/problem/change).
