Service Sales Manager

Description

• Manage sales operations for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services within the regional footprint.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and customer retention through targeted sales strategies.
• Collaborate with sales, fulfillment, estimating, construction, and service teams to meet business targets.
• Provide guidance, training, and coaching to Sales Representatives and contribute to hiring.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with proactive communication.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and sales reporting for assigned divisions.
• Develop and execute sales and marketing plans, analyze market trends, and identify new opportunities.
• Represent Shoffner at industry meetings, events, and partner engagements.

Requirements

Comfort Systems USA Shoffner is seeking a driven, customer‑focused Sales Manager to lead sales activities for its HVAC, plumbing, controls, and electrical service divisions. The role works closely with the sales team and account managers to deliver maintenance, repairs, replacements, and project development for building clients across the regional footprint.

The position is on‑site at one of our regional offices, with travel required among Knoxville, TN; Blountville, TN; Roanoke, VA; and Asheville, NC. Candidates must be comfortable moving between these locations and visiting customer sites.

• Require 5+ years of sales experience in the MEP service industry and a proven record of business growth.
• Possess solid business acumen, strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to travel across regional offices and customer locations; maintain a drug‑free workplace and lead with integrity.
