You will develop and maintain effective communication and collaborative relationships with the Client and other project stakeholders, both internal and external.
Review, assess and challenge deliverability of contractors’ schedules.
You will support senior management in negotiations, contract development and other business development, ensuring that due diligence is applied.
Provide regular schedule status reports for the programme and sub-elements ensuring clear, timely and accurate information is provided to Stakeholders as and when required.
You will actively network, innovate, and seek understanding of best practice, utilising the full depth of knowledge of Mace group, the centres of excellence, Mace way control centre and knowledge hub.
Reporting on schedule progress including critical path, trend analysis and highlighting impacts from any interface areas.
Undertake “what-if” scenario planning to support the successful development of the project and develop ad-hoc schedules and reporting as required by programme leadership.
You will support the planning function in ensuring projects and tenders are effectively planned, scheduled, and monitored.
Establishing and managing the project baseline and reporting of same, including regular schedule variance reports
Production of consolidated timeline views for resource planning, budgeting and benchmarking.
You will support your project team and provide an environment to share knowledge and experience.

Responsible for delivering and maintaining a detailed logic linked integrated master schedule in Primavera P6 & MS Project Online, spanning across all workstreams and in line with the agreed programme WBS.
Facilitate and lead schedule planning workshops and reviews with a multi-disciplinary team developing interfaces with the subject matter experts in the programme team.
You will champion a diverse and inclusive working environment, and understand the importance of the wellbeing of the people you manage.
Support in schedule baselining/re-baselining activities.

Lead the effort in maintaining WBS, project scope, basis of schedule document, and assumptions log as the project progresses while ensuring strict change control.
Conduct monthly schedule progress updates with package leads and consultants.
Support in Quantitative Schedule Risk Assessment (QSRA) processes.
Contribute to developing planning processes and procedures to support the programme delivery plans.
You will support the long-term success of planning performance for specified engines/sectors/hubs, and the overall contribution to the broader company goals.
Liaise with the controls and performance team aligning schedule, cost and risk for integrated controls.

Experience of managing relationships with key senior stakeholders.
8+ years’ experience as a scheduler on large and complex Infrastructure projects in the offshore energy sector and hold a relevant university qualification.
Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational skills will be essential for this role with the ability to forge and maintain strong working relationships.
Deep property or infrastructure project management expertise.
Membership of APM, RICS, CIOB, ICE, AACE, IRM, IEMA or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.
Proactive ability to work independently and work with cross-functional teams including consultants and contractors.
Experience with quantitative schedule risk assessments (QSRA).
Strong commercial and financial acumen.
You will possess expertise in local health and safety rules and regulations relevant to project portfolio.
Proven track record of developing work breakdown structures, creating project schedules, analysing contractors’ schedules, and schedule control are essential for this role.
Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects you are working on.
Leadership and management experience of large, diverse teams.
Extensive experience in the successful planning of projects and programmes in the electrical sector.
8+ years’ hands on scheduling experience and advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project. MS Power BI desirable.
Experience in communicating and reporting up to C -Suite.
