- Manage programs and projects from initiation to completion, aligning with client objectives and contracts.
- Oversee procurement and contracting, including scope drafting, proposal review, and vendor performance.
- Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, and progress reports, monitoring KPIs for timely, cost‑effective delivery.
- Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and manage change orders.
- Act as primary liaison among contractors, design consultants, municipalities, and regulatory agencies.
- Review design and construction documents for compliance and provide technical guidance.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction, verify progress, and ensure safety and quality standards.
- Track and report program financials to ensure profitability and adherence to AECOM’s agreement.
- Collaborate with project staff and AECOM program management to resolve challenges and achieve outcomes.

AECOM is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant / Program Manager to play a critical role in delivering program and toll technology services for a large New Jersey‑based transportation project. This position offers the opportunity to lead complex infrastructure programs that directly impact regional transportation and safety.
- Bachelor’s degree with at least ten years of relevant experience, including two years of leadership.
- Experience in highway transportation toll technology.
- Preferred: 20+ years of experience and expertise in NJDOT capital project delivery, standards, and toll technology.
- Proven ability in project controls, risk mitigation, and contract administration.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated track record of building client relationships to drive growth and satisfaction.
