Description

This Team Lead role is responsible for managing a direct and indirect team of 25‑50 professionals.

The incumbent will lead BPO supervisors and processors across accounts payable, collections, and sales, ensuring timely reporting of MIS data and metrics. They will work with global stakeholders to deliver accurate results, resolve quality‑control issues, and meet productivity goals. The leader will enforce standard procedures, mentor staff, identify training needs, and conduct regular performance evaluations while fostering professional communication with internal customers.

• Manage BPO supervisors and processors in accounts payable, collections, and sales.
• Produce timely MIS reports and related performance metrics.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Resolve quality control issues from problem queues.
• Achieve or exceed individual productivity targets.
• Implement and update standard operating procedures.
• Mentor team members to maintain high performance and motivation.
• Identify training needs and coordinate with the training function.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations for the team.
• Train and onboard new hires to company standards and culture.
• Maintain professional communication with internal customers.

Requirements

The position requires a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) or a high school diploma/GED with four years of relevant experience. Candidates must have at least six years in audit, accounts, or finance and a minimum of two years managing a team.

The role involves frequent repetitive motions and coordination of eye, hand, and foot, as well as constant sitting, talking, and hearing in a professional office setting using standard equipment.

• Minimum six years of experience in audit, accounts, or finance.
• At least two years of experience managing a team.
