Perform inspections and repairs to assigned facility interior and exterior areas. This includes HVAC units, Boilers, Cooling Towers, etc.
Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding.
Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
Directly complete ongoing preventive and repairs as needed.
Conduct facility inspections and due diligence efforts. Report on conditions that impact client occupancy and operations,
Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
Partner with internal teams on complex maintenance and repair efforts
Impact the quality of own work.
Complete Hazard Assessments. Maintain compliance with State, County, or City Ordinances, Codes, or Laws.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 2-3 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.
Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
Valid Driver's license required for this position.
Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
