As a Members Experience Executive you will be the first point of contact for members, visitors and contractors, delivering exceptional, personalized service. You will manage enquiries, support move‑ins and move‑outs, conduct space tours, and coordinate events that align with MYO’s ESG strategy. You will also work closely with service partners, the Flexible Workspace Manager, and building management to maintain a tidy, fully‑functional workspace.
The ideal candidate has proven customer‑facing experience in coworking, retail or events, strong event‑planning skills, and a natural ability to build relationships. They are a proactive problem‑solver with excellent organisational detail, proficient in MS Word and Excel, and can work independently or as part of a team. A ‘work hard, play hard’ attitude, facilities‑management exposure and ESG awareness are also valued.
