Achieve monthly AMC sales targets and deliver strong follow-up performance.
Handle objections professionally and convert leads to closuresulls
Build long-term relationships with customers through regular engagement.
Contact existing customers for AMC renewal, upgrades, and add-on services.
Maintain and update customer data, follow-up records, and CRM/Excel sheets.
We focus on delivering reliable products, timely service support, and customized maintenance solutions to ensure our clients’ operations run smoothly without interruptions.
Make outbound calls to generate leads for AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts).
Prepare AMC quotations, pricing sheets, and proposals.
You will work directly with the service & operations team to ensure high customer satisfaction and timely closures.
Coordinate with service engineers for site visits, complaint closures & renewal reminders.
Understand client requirements and recommend the right AMC package.
1–3 years’ experience in Inside Sales / AMC Sales / Tele-Sales preferred
Freshers with strong communication skills can apply
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Email drafting, and basic CRM
Quick learning ability and customer-first mindset
Excellent communication & sales skills
Ability to understand technical service requirements (training will be provided)
Strong convincing ability and follow-up discipline
Graduate in any stream
