As a Field Operation Technician you will play a critical role in scaling Exodigo’s growth, working directly with our underground discovery tools and contributing to safe infrastructure development across the United States.

Operate underground discovery tools using patented carts and drone (visit www.exodigo.ai)
Identify underground assets using advanced sensor technologies (electromagnetic, magnetic, metal, GPR, seismic, etc.)
Identify and resolve operational issues on site in coordination with R&D and operation managers
Document interactions, site information and operation reports in organizational software
Work with cutting‑edge technology that will revolutionize construction, transportation and utility industries
Handle equipment weighing 20–40 lb when loading and unloading
Proactively recommend ideas and execute planned activities

The ideal candidate has a background in earth sciences, engineering, construction or utility mapping and proven hands‑on operational experience. Meticulous work habits, flexibility to travel nationwide, and the ability to thrive in a global, goal‑oriented team are essential.

Strong attention to detail
Flexibility in scheduling, including domestic travel across the US (up to 100%)
Physically demanding; stand and walk up to eight hours per day and work night shifts as needed
Driver’s license and ability to travel up to four hours to job sites
2 years of experience with field operations, preferably in a startup environment
Ability to travel domestically to jobs in urban and remote locations across the United States
Background in earth sciences, engineering, construction or utility mapping (highly desired)
Technologically savvy; troubleshoot on‑site tech issues
Excellent English – read, write, speak
Ability to work in a team‑goal‑oriented environment
Comfortable working with a global team (U.S., Europe, Israel)
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Experience with transportation, utilities, and construction industries (a plus)
OSHA 10 Certificate (a plus)
FAA Part 107 drone pilot certification (a plus)
