Assist in gathering and reviewing due diligence materials in the data room that is shared with potential buyers during the due-diligence process
Maintain a disposition summary and monthly dashboard for all BTR projects including name, division, location, projected valuation and sale timing for internal forecasting and reporting
Participate in the disposition process including broker selection, integrity/accuracy of offering materials, marketing process and closing
Conducts all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company
Analyze the overall market and monitor industry trends to identify or what will impact dispositions
Maintain a disposition tracker showing launch date, broker, expected offer date and closing date for all BTR dispositions
Participate in the development of disposition strategies for BTR investments
Review broker opinion of values to ensure accuracy of the pro forma and projected valuation for BTR investments prior to a marketing launch
Determine optimal sell timing to maximize value and accurately forecast quarterly sales goals

Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Economics or related field
Goal oriented, self-starter that takes initiative to effect change with continuous improvement in multifamily underwriting process
Knowledge of advanced Excel financial modeling, formulas and functions including pivot tables, and conditional formatting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to summarize conclusions
Experience in real estate disposition and single-family rental investments is a plus
Ability to travel overnight
1 to 3 years of commercial real estate, private equity, or investment banking
Highly organized and able to focus under pressure while balancing competing priorities and meeting tight deadlines with a high degree of accuracy
