We’re looking for a passionate, experienced and skilled Scrum Master to help us lead the digital transformation within Schneider Electric’s North America Market (NAM). You will become part of an ERP Transformation team working with business teams, as well as respective Program Management teams as an AGILE / SAFe expert. You will help us define, plan, and deliver iterative releases of our digital platforms. This position is based in Nashville, TN. We are seeking a Scrum Master who has focused on either enterprise software development, solutions and or deployment.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, jobrelated skills, experience, and relevant education or training. For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $114,400 - $171,600 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.
