Foster cost awareness within INNIO organization to ensure project execution within budget
Drive strategies to build in a fast-growing region a successful and sustainable Project management and Execution Team together with the HQ based Expert Functions. Ensure know how transfer and training programs for setting up efficient project organization.
Lead the Jenbacher Project Management & Execution Team for the entire INNIO Jenbacher product portfolio from equipment deliveries up to turnkey projects. Responsible for the full execution chain including local BoP Engineering, local BoP Sourcing, Quality, Site Management and packager fulfillment.
Responsible for leading consortiums partners, BoP sub-suppliers, multiple US packagers for containerized Powerhouse solutions, etc., depending on the deal structure.
Responsible for Payment Collection and Claim Management in close cooperation with Finance
Responsible to drive risk mitigation actions and claim management, running project reviews and present report outs to the INNIO Management Level.
Full End to End Accountability for the Project management & execution. Responsible for delivering the Jenbacher OP Targets on Revenue and Contribution Margin for all projects.
Ensure cross functional coordination of technical and commercial project execution in cooperation with Sales, Execution Finance, Global Supply Chain & Operations, Technology, Sourcing and Service.
Lead Revenue Operating Rhythm, Cost Planning, Headcount Resource Planning in close cooperation with Finance.
Focus on customer alignment and simplification initiatives in order to ensure qualitative and effective Order Execution

15+ years of experience in the relevant business, preferably in reciprocating engine power plant industry as a Director or General Manager. Leading multiple disciplines such as Project management, Engineering, Sourcing, Quality, etc.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
Willingness to travel extensively within the US and abroad.
Proven experience in handling highly complex tasks in an interdisciplinary environment.
Experience on business models Go to the Market with direct and Key Account customer.
Strong oral and written communication negotiation skills.
Excellent business understanding, strong leadership, organizational and time management skills.
Ability to act in an interdisciplinary environment, strong strategic and analytic thinking.
Experience Risk contingency actions and process know how.
Demonstrated ability to interface confidently at all organizational levels.
Experience to develop, building a team in a matrix organization.
Strong experience in the broad applications of the Jenbacher segments.
