As a Senior Financial Specialist within our Financial Planning & Analysis team, you will perform complex financial and variance analysis on business results, including comparisons to budget and projections. The role also includes competitive analysis against peer companies, benchmarking internal division results, and monitoring department-level performance versus budget. Providing detailed data to the executive team enables efficient, data‑driven decision‑making.
- Examine data with close attention to detail.
- Collaborate effectively across teams to influence decisions.
- Identify and address financial issues through problem‑solving and data‑driven decisions.
- Maintain high ethical standards, confidentiality, and sound judgement.
- Analyze monthly financial results, identify key variances, and recommend actions for assigned divisions.
- Support manager in developing annual budgets and quarterly projections with division leadership.
- Evaluate financial statements to pinpoint strengths and weaknesses in economic performance.
- Develop and refine financial models and projections to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile data and resolve discrepancies.
- Partner with division leadership to provide profit‑center insights and lead budgeting processes.
- Identify opportunities to optimize financial systems, improve productivity, and ensure compliance.
- Introduce innovative methods to capture and analyze company, market, and economic data for actionable insights.
- Lead and execute projects under strategic direction from management.

- Master’s degree preferred.
- 3‑5 years of professional finance or accounting experience.

- Lift and carry approximately 20‑25 lb unassisted.
