The Community Assistant role supports all aspects of leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a property, ensuring smooth move-ins, high occupancy, and positive resident experiences.
- Show, lease, and process move-ins for prospective residents, including qualifying leads and completing leasing paperwork.
- Generate and follow up on leads, schedule appointments, maintain model units, and meet daily on-site attendance requirements.
- Maintain accurate prospect traffic data and respond to inquiries within 24 hours.
- Implement sales and marketing strategies to increase traffic, improve closing ratios, and achieve leasing goals.
- Perform administrative tasks and assist with lease audits, unit walk-throughs, and turnover processes.
- Address resident complaints, requests, and ensure satisfaction through effective communication.
- Develop and execute resident retention programs such as events, promotions, and newsletters.
- Assist with annual marketing plan execution, market surveys, and weekly competition analysis.
- Provide excellent customer service, monitor service request response times, and uphold community policies.
- Uphold Fair Housing laws and OSHA safety standards in daily operations.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing and OSHA regulations. The position requires regular on-site attendance, standing, walking, and occasional lifting of up to 25 lb.

Benefits
