- Reporting: Prepare reports and presentations for project progress and coordination meetings.
- BIM Execution: Implement and adhere to project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and company BIM standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies, tools, and best practices.
- Design Development: Support the structural design team by incorporating design changes, updates, and value engineering proposals.
- 3D Modeling: Develop detailed 3D structural models using BIM software (such as Autodesk Revit, Tekla Structures, or similar).
- Quantity Takeoff: Generate quantity take-offs and schedules from BIM models when required.
- Drawing Production: Prepare and update structural drawings, layouts, and documentation as per project requirements and standards.
- Data Management: Maintain proper documentation and organize model data for easy retrieval and reference.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure models and drawings are accurate, consistent, and meet the required quality and standards.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with architects, MEP, and other engineering disciplines for clash detection, model coordination, and integration.
