Description

• Provide day-to-day oversight of assigned contract employees and ensure compliance with contract requirements.
• Escalate supervisory issues to the Program Manager and represent the PM in their absence.
• Support HR functions including interviews, onboarding, in-processing, timekeeping, leave tracking, and personnel file maintenance.
• Manage daily work schedules, track absences, and ensure timely submission of contract deliverables.
• Coordinate event management, logistics, meeting scheduling, and SAP VTC/conference room reservations.
• Perform front‑office duties: visitor control, phone handling, travel arrangements, calendar management, and executive assistance.
• Administer Directorate programs such as SAP Annual Awards, sponsorship, space assignments, and website portals.
• Conduct analyses, prepare reports, and maintain forms, publications, and libraries.

Requirements

The National Security Programs division seeks a Senior Administrative Specialist experienced in Special Access Program (SAP) administration. The specialist will support the Program Manager, oversee contract employees at a designated site, and ensure all Performance Work Statement requirements are met. Additional duties include providing administrative and tasking support to the customer and representing the PM when absent.

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years experience, or high school diploma with 10 + years relevant experience.
• U.S. citizenship and a DoD Top Secret clearance with a recent investigation (SSBI, SBPR, etc.) within six years.
• Prior experience with Department of Defense agencies and Special Access Programs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Adobe PDF, and data analysis/reporting.
• Strong decision‑making, organization, written and verbal communication, and attention‑to‑detail skills.
