Contrôler le déroulement et coordonner les activités de la jeune équipe actuelle au Labrador, tout en la faisant croître ;
Effectuer le rôle de chargé de projets sur les projets locaux et agir comme mentor pour assurer la formation d’autres chargés de projet ;
Banque d’heures pour les employés à salaire horaire ;
Gérer les relations avec les clients en collaboration avec des collaborateurs parfois bien implantés ;
Participer au recrutement du personnel afin de mettre sur place une nouvelle équipe en conception et surveillance dans la Région métropolitaine de Montréal ;

Bilinguisme tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.
Baccalauréat en génie mécanique, civil, électrique, industriel ou autre domaine pertinent;
Maîtrise des logiciels Microsoft Office (connaissance Ms Project est un atout) ;
Compte de gestion santé ;
Membre de l’Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec et/ou du Labrador;
Expérience de travail auprès de communauté autochtone est un atout important;
