Governance & Reporting: Support weekly status reports, financial updates, and milestone tracking for project oversight.
Risk & Issue Management: Maintain registers, support risk mitigation planning, and track resolution of issues and actions.
Project Scheduling & Planning: Develop and maintain detailed schedules, resource plans, and work breakdown structures.
Workforce & Delivery Management: Coordinate workforce planning, track task performance, and resolve delivery blockers.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams on EDSRA alignment and ensure effective communication with stakeholders.

Reporting & Coordination: Capable of producing clear project reports and coordinating effectively across teams.
Defence & Infrastructure Support: Experience providing PMO or project support for Defence or large infrastructure programs.
Organisational Strengths: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines under pressure.
Project Management Tools: Skilled in MS Project, Excel, and other relevant project reporting systems.
Sustainment & Shipyard Experience: Prior exposure to sustainment or shipyard environments considered highly desirable.
