Reporting to a Compliance & Policy manager, this position performs skilled technical work to support program monitoring and continuous improvement. The role focuses on data analysis, documentation, and process evaluation to ensure program compliance and effectiveness. This role interprets program data, develops clear reports and documentation, and evaluates processes to identify gaps and recommend improvements. By combining analytical insight with attention to detail, this position helps maintain compliance standards and strengthens overall program performance.

- Bachelor's degree in policy analysis, statistics, sociology, economics, informatics, business or related field AND
- Ability to compose and prepare strong technical communication materials.
- Applicable internal and external laws, policies, regulations, practices, procedures, guidance, recommendations, and best practices.
- Ability to understand, interpret and explain difficult materials with complicated information.
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively, earning trust, respect, and confidence from others; consistently delivers excellent results; able to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Position may require travel to KCHA properties and sites. The successful candidate will need to have access to reliable transportation to meet the business needs of the Agency.

- Demonstrates technical expertise with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), project management tools, and data analysis and visualization platforms; effectively leverages technology to streamline workflows, manage complex projects, and analyze data for informed decision-making.

- Adept at resolving issues and developing innovative solutions to complex challenges. Skilled in analyzing problems, identifying alternatives, and implementing effective recommendations; demonstrates critical, creative, and reflective thinking.

Benefits
The starting salary range for this position is $94,473.00 - $115,728.00 annually dependent on qualifications and professional experience. The complete salary range for this position is $94,473.00 - $136,984.59 annually. Performance based merit increase opportunities and COLAs are reviewed on an annual basis. After initial onboarding, this role may have the opportunity to work remotely or a compressed work week in accordance with the KCHA's flexible work arrangements; however, remote work conditions will be reviewed on a regular basis based on business and program need.
