What you would be doing
- Provides the team with the scope of the project objectives;
- Provides guidance, instruction, direction and leadership while directly supervising production staff to meet the established production and quality standards;
- Assures compliance with corporate regulations pertaining to Human Resources and Safety.
- Meets project objectives by forecasting job requirements and potential barriers
- Works to improve production processes and procedures.
- Ensures that production staff is adhering to all applicable safety standards;
- Works with established priorities, controls process and works with presenting solution to resolve issues to maintain project goals.
