The Shipping & Receiving Clerk III oversees the shipping process, provides training and support for the department, and serves as the expert contact for international shipments. This role is based in Lebanon, IN, with a starting pay of $25.50 per hour and offers three shift options: 1st (6:30 am‑2:30 pm), 2nd (2:30 pm‑10:30 pm), and 3rd (10:30 pm‑6:30 am).
- Coordinate domestic and international shipping requirements.
- Fill, process, store, and pick parts, materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Operate automated packaging equipment, paint line, and shipping/receiving systems.
- Validate receipt accuracy against supplier packing lists.
- Identify and prioritize expedited parts and receipts.
- Resolve receiving discrepancies with accounts payable and material coordinators.
- Interact with carriers and schedule outbound loads, including expedited shipments.
- Count, weigh, and record material movements on daily production sheets.
- Tag and label materials or containers appropriately.
- Operate electric hoist, reach trucks, forklifts, and overhead cranes for loading/unloading.
- Promote an accident‑free workplace and housekeeping excellence.

- Prior experience in distribution center, warehouse, or order‑filling.
- Knowledge of parts systems, procedures, and operations.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and overtime as needed.
- Strong computer, mechanical, written and verbal communication skills.
- Good attendance and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Must pass background, drug, and medical screenings.
