This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building products from scratch, leading small engineering teams, and converting real-world operational challenges into scalable digital solutions for a high end Workspace Design firm.
Solid understanding of data pipelines, cybersecurity principles, and system reliability.
Exposure to digital twin concepts, IoT, BIM workflows, construction/workplace tech is a strong advantage.
5–6 years of experience in full-stack development, product engineering, or tech leadership.
Proven experience building web applications, internal tools, or SaaS products from scratch.
Ability to work in a hands-on capacity while also leading and mentoring a tech team.

Strong understanding of APIs, architecture design, databases, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
