May assist project teams and administrative staff by preparing or compiling studies, memos, reports, spreadsheets and graphs, drawings, calculations, research and other tasks in support of various transportation projects.
May include some field visits assisting with data gathering for various projects.
Work as part of a team on projects in Vermont and New England, learning how to develop plans, quantity take-off, and cost estimating. As part of a design team, there will be opportunities to learn from current professionals at varying career levels.

Previous internship or co-op experience in similar type work or office environment is a plus.
Willingness to perform field visits, as needed.
Microsoft Office experience is a plus.
Must be a college student working towards a bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
Ability to join Stantec committees, employee resource groups, participate in community volunteering, and join various company or local groups/initiatives.
Experience with AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D, MicroStation and/or OpenRoads Designer, ArcGIS, and/or Adobe Creative Suite software is a plus.
Ability to work alongside others who share your passion to support communities through exciting and unique projects.
Must have good organizational and time management skills, be punctual, reliable, detail oriented, and capable of taking initiative and working independently when needed.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both office and virtual environments.
