Maintaining all Health & Safety requirements of the Community and Community Buildings
Operate within the applicable Occupational Health & Safety legislation and company policies at all times.
Responsible for maintenance and cleaning of work area, tools and equipment.
Repairs and maintenance of all community buildings and equipment
Respond to requests from manager with courtesy and in a timely manner
Grounds maintenance and landscaping of the property
Managing and keeping records of the upkeep of the septic systems
Ensuring ongoing communication with your manager
Requirements

flexible schedule
water certification
emergency response
Be prepared to accept after hour calls and act on emergencies as required.
Interact with community residents with patience and courtesy
On-call availability for sewer, water, and park emergencies
Must have valid G-class driver’s license; Clean Driver’s Abstract required
Able to work weekends, days, nights and call-in during emergencies
Water operator certification an asset
