Tasks

-Provide optimum customer service to clients and accurate records of job status updates. -Work with the Dispatch Team to ensure compliance of work instructions to the field employees in order to provide an efficient and productive work environment, -Dispatch work orders and details to inspectors daily thru phone call and email -Provide updates and follow up on jobs for numerous construction projects -This position is responsible for directing/scheduling field inspectors as well as daily communication with our clients. -Monitoring inspectors, handling paperwork, entering correct information into the system
