Provide optimum customer service to clients and accurate records of job status updates.
Work with the Dispatch Team to ensure compliance of work instructions to the field employees in order to provide an efficient and productive work environment,
Dispatch work orders and details to inspectors daily thru phone call and email
Provide updates and follow up on jobs for numerous construction projects
This position is responsible for directing/scheduling field inspectors as well as daily communication with our clients.
