- Experience living or working in Washington is a plus
- Strong client relationship management and business development experience

- 5+ years of experience after licensure in structural engineering
- B.S. in Structural or Civil Engineering structural focus (M.S. preferred) from an accredited university
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing projects and teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Salary: $90,000 - $135,000 annually (Excluding year-end bonus), depending on experience, education, and qualifications.
