We are seeking a Summer Intern in Facilities Management. In this role you will learn process improvement techniques, quality‑assurance methods, and facilities administration practices while supporting the Facilities team.
Candidates are actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field, with 2–3 years of coursework completed. Required skills include strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, proficiency in Google Suite and data‑visualization tools, and excellent written and verbal communication. Basic knowledge of facilities‑management principles and the ability to work collaboratively are also needed; familiarity with quality‑assurance processes, project‑management, vendor management and client‑relationship practices is preferred.
The program does not provide relocation assistance, housing, or visa sponsorship; permanent US work authorization is required.
The internship runs from June 1 2026 to August 7 2026 at our Mountain View, CA onsite location.
Interns gain early exposure to the commercial real‑estate industry, working alongside analysts, transaction professionals and other associates in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial, team‑oriented environment, and receive insight into multiple lines of business.
Estimated compensation is $9,704 – $11,404 per year, with final packages determined by qualifications, location, market conditions and internal considerations.
