Lead Infrastructure Engineer

Description

• Develop project-specific design strategies and ensure compliance with QMS standards.
• Own delivery of engineering design packages from concept to IFC stage related to wet utilities such as potable water, sewer, stormwater, highway drainage.
• Coordinate across design disciplines and manage design timelines and submittals.
• Provide constructive feedback to the team to enhance the quality of design or model.
• Anticipate technical risks and lead resolution of design or site-related issues.
• Present technical inputs in client meetings and participate in approvals with authorities.
• Contribute to digital workflows, process improvements, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Ensure alignment of BIM deliverables, LOD, and clash-free coordination across services.
• Review and validate design inputs, calculations, and modeling done by the team.
• Provide feedback and coaching to engineers and drafters to raise technical quality.
• Monitor changes in scope and support variation documentation with technical justifications.

Requirements

• Modelling experience using SewerGEMS, WaterGEMS, HEC-HMS, HEC RAS, Infoworks ICM, WS Pro, Civil 3D, Navisworks, etc…
• Bachelor's in civil engineering and/or in Water /Hydraulics Engineering discipline.
• Strong report writing skills, with the ability to write clear and concise reports.
• Experience working in a multi-disciplinary consultancy.
• 10-20 years of relevant work experience in of infrastructure engineering design particularly water, wastewater and storm drainage networks.
• Excellent presentation skills, written and verbal communication, initiative, motivation and a team player.
