Team Development: Lead, train, and motivate a crew of 5-12 enhancement specialists, acting as the primary technical expert on site.
Operational Efficiency: Read blueprints, optimize job routing and scheduling, and manage material procurement to ensure jobs are completed on time and on budget.
Project Leadership: Manage all aspects of commercial enhancement projects (hardscapes, irrigation, plantings, drainage) from planning to completion.
Financial Performance: Achieve monthly production goals and manage budgets to maximize profitability.
Client Success: Serve as the on-site contact, building strong client relationships that drive repeat business and branch growth.

5+ years in commercial landscaping/construction, with 2+ years in a project or crew management role.
Deep technical knowledge of hardscape installation, complex softscapes, and site drainage solutions.

Proven ability to read and interpret construction plans/blueprints.
