This position offers the opportunity to manage the execution of multiple transmission, substation, and distribution projects. The role involves coordinating with internal and external departments to oversee the full life cycle of capital project execution.
Key responsibilities include project execution, contract administration, planning, and resource management, while ensuring safety, schedule, budget, reporting, and client experience throughout the project life cycle. The incumbent is accountable for all phases—from initiation to close‑out—leads the project team, mentors members, and maintains positive relationships with client functional leads and stakeholders. Additional duties involve risk identification, change control, stakeholder communication, clear reporting, and issue analysis to improve results.
Applicants must have 15+ years of experience in utility, construction, or engineering project management, with proven ability to lead multi‑disciplinary teams and act as a firm/client liaison. Strong multitasking, written and verbal communication, and collaborative teamwork skills are essential, as is willingness to travel 10‑25% domestically. Preferred qualifications include a BS in construction management, engineering, or related field, engineering design experience, PMP certification, and field construction knowledge.

The compensation range for this role is $142,710–$215,440, with eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus.
