Coordinate Systems Activities: Support mechanical and electrical (MEP) construction activities, manage subcontractors and vendors, and ensure compliance with design and construction standards
Support Quality & Safety Processes: Coordinate configuration items, quality reviews, progress reports, and ensure adherence to project safety requirements
Facilitate Issue Resolution: Work with subcontractors, suppliers, client, and Engineer of Record to expedite reviews and resolve conflicts across disciplines
Manage Documentation & Tracking: Monitor design submittals, RFIs, FMIs, and WMS; maintain records in InEight and Fieldwire to avoid schedule impacts
Assist with Financial & Schedule Updates: Help manage subcontractor progress draws, invoice reviews, and update project schedule progress

Education: Engineering degree or equivalent technical training with 3–5 years of related experience
Skills: Strong understanding of MEP systems, quality management processes, ability to read technical drawings, proficiency in MS Office; experience with AutoCAD,
Bluebeam, Revit, InEight, and Fieldwire is an asset
